## Minimums and pricing

- Garment and print prices are quoted for the job.
  - Standard screens cost GBP 20 each; oversized screens GBP 25. Films cost GBP 12 per colour, or GBP 27.50 for fine-tone colour separations. Screen setup and film charges are separate from the garment price; agree tax and the full configuration.
- Extra print positions and oversized work have separate charges.
  - Oversized work adds GBP 1 for the first print/colour and GBP 0.25 thereafter. Sleeve/back prints add GBP 1 first and GBP 0.65 subsequently. Full-length sleeves cost GBP 1.65 per print per sleeve; inside-neck prints add GBP 1.65. Ink changes spaced under ten garments can cost GBP 5 each.

## Samples and lead times

- General turnaround is usually within 14 working days after cleared payment; busy periods can take longer.
  - Production also requires the delivery address and contact number. Agree completion and dispatch dates separately from DHL transit.

## Artwork and print areas

- Send PNG, Portable Document Format, Photoshop or JPEG artwork at 300 DPI and intended print size.
  - Standard area is stated as 14×18 inches / 355×455 mm; oversized as 15×21 inches / 390×530 mm. Agree final dimensions. Printing cannot cross seams, pockets or zips.
- Screens can be reused without new setup charges for reorders within five months.
  - Films are retained permanently for reorders after the one-off film charge. Screens and films remain the supplier’s property.

## Branding and packaging

- Inside-neck printing is available as an additional decoration position.
  - Agree label artwork, garment compatibility and the full charge; sewn labels, inserts and parcel packing are separate enquiries.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- UK parcels up to 22 kg cost GBP 20 plus VAT and use a DHL next-day service.
  - Around 100 T-shirts is a weight illustration. Heavier parcels and international shipments are quoted by weight. Agree destination, carrier timing and any split customer-addressed delivery.

## How to order and pay

- Obtain a full email quote before paying by bank transfer or cheque.
  - Reference your payment so it can be matched. Supply the delivery address and contact number before production starts.
