## Minimums and pricing

- Private-label minimums are 5,000 pairs/order and 600 pairs per style, size, colour combination. Own-label wholesale minimums are 3,000 pairs/order and 120 pairs/combination.

## Samples and lead times

- Sample based on buyer specification in two weeks, with adjustments before production.
- Production follows a six-week timeline after order confirmation, sample approval and payment setup.
- Private-label production: 4–8 weeks depending on order size and complexity. Wholesale in-stock dispatch: 3–5 days; backorders: 2–3 weeks.
- Stock samples are free and available immediately; custom samples take 2–3 weeks with a fee refunded on a bulk order.
  - Private-label samples also have a two-week estimate.

- Private-label production requires approval of a pre-production sample and tech pack.

## Branding and packaging

- Custom sock colours, patterns, logos, private-label packaging, tags and branded labels.

- Regional land freight; air for urgent or small orders up to 20,000 pairs; ocean from 20ft with CIF upgrade for Europe, North Africa and the Gulf.
