## Minimums and pricing

- Most listed techniques start at 15 compatible items with the same-sized design, position and ink colours.
  - Compatible products, sizes and garment colours can be combined. Each ink-colour change has a separate 15-item minimum. Four-colour screen prints start at 35 items; five- or six-colour prints start at 75. The FAQ does not give a separate DTG minimum.
- Quotes exclude VAT and apply to the agreed specifications.

## Samples and lead times

- Visit the showroom by appointment to view prints, feel garments and try clothing; sample packages can also be ordered.
- Standard order turnaround is 2–3 weeks; artwork approval and garment procurement precede production.
- Rush orders can be discussed, generally without an extra charge.

## Artwork and print areas

- Send AI, EPS or SVG artwork at actual size with Pantone colours and outlined fonts.
- PSD artwork should be 600 dpi at actual size in RGB, with each colour on a separate layer.
- Screen printing can reach 45 × 55 cm when that area fits the smallest garment in the order.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Collection is available; some orders are shipped. Transport is charged unless carriage-paid delivery is agreed.

- Decoration uses in-house screen-printing, transfer, DTG and embroidery equipment in Amsterdam Oost.

## How to order and pay

- A digital proof comes before garment procurement and production.
- Order garments through More Color; customer-supplied items are only considered as exceptions.
- Payment is requested with the order; payment at delivery can be requested.

## Returns and misprints

- General terms ask buyers to report defects within 14 days of delivery, subject to the terms’ stated exceptions.
