## Samples and lead times

- Sample charges can be credited to a production order placed within 10 business days with the same art and setup; artwork charges are excluded.
- Sample separations cost $ 15 per color for standard vector art or $ 35 per color for simulated process.
- New art takes 5 business days after information and payment, including 2 revisions; further changes cost $ 60 per hour.
- Rush fees add 10% of the invoice for each day accelerated, up to 100% for 10 days; transit delays are outside that schedule.

## Artwork and print areas

- Submitted art remains yours; new commissioned art belongs to the shop, with rights purchases starting at $ 500 per design.
- Provide 300 DPI artwork.
  - Accepted files include AI, PSD, JPEG, JPG, GIF, PNG, Portable Document Format, SVG, BMP, EPS, WEBP and AVIF; embroidery uploads have a 200 MB limit. New artwork includes 2 revision rounds; additional changes cost 60 per hour, ask which currency applies. Coated Pantone Matching System colors can be matched, except for water-based or discharge printing. Plastisol and water-based work permit a 4% underrun; final billing uses the actual quantity delivered. Contract allowances count impressions, not pieces. You retain ownership of submitted artwork. Commissioned artwork belongs to the supplier, with rights available for purchase.

## Branding and packaging

## How to order and pay

- Full payment is due after mockups, sizes and styles are approved; agreed net terms allow check, cash or money order at completion.
- You may supply garments for contract decoration at your own risk; the shop orders other blanks specifically for each job.

## Returns and misprints

- Return requests must start within 14 days for unused, unworn goods in original packaging; approved defects receive a prepaid label.
- Refunds take 2–3 weeks, returned-item processing 5–10 business days, and store credit 5 business days.
- Blank returns before production have a 35% restocking fee, or a higher vendor fee.
- Damage liability for customer-supplied goods is limited to decoration fees; blank replacement, shipping and indirect losses are excluded.
