## What they make

- The range includes DTG denim jackets and vests, western shirts, overalls and dusters, plus all-over tees, sportswear, swimsuits, dresses and woven apparel.
  - The range lists DTG denim jackets and vests, western shirts, overalls and dusters, plus all-over tees, sportswear, swimsuits, dresses and woven apparel. Templates name Bella+Canvas 3001/3001Y tees, 3501 long sleeves, 3945/3901Y sweatshirts and 3719/3719Y hoodies, with front, back and left-chest artwork links. Ask which garments, sizes and placements are in stock and what print limits and artwork requirements apply. DTG tees use black and white Bella+Canvas 3001 and grey 3413; youth 3001Y and long-sleeve 3501 are also listed. Unisex XS–XXL is specified for the range; ask for the selected style, color and size combination.
- The woven hoodie, DTG denim jackets, all-over tees and leggings have product-specific materials, sizes and artwork requirements.
  - The woven pullover hoodie has artwork jacquard-woven into 100% cotton cloth before cutting and sewing, unisex S–XXL sizes, a kangaroo pocket and set-in sleeves. DTG denim jackets have men’s and women’s S–XXL sizes, medium-wash non-stretch denim, a relaxed oversized fit and a large back panel; supply transparent-background PNG artwork. All-over tees use dye sublimation before cutting and sewing, with 4 oz or 6 oz jersey, women’s XS–XXL and men’s S–XXXL. Ask for the tee fiber composition. Leggings, capris, biker shorts and shorties use polyester and spandex, dye sublimation and cut-and-sew construction in XS–XXL; ask for the exact blend ratio.
- Named tee blanks include Bella+Canvas 3001, 3413 and 3001Y, with 3501 long-sleeve options. The range dated 14 October associates black/white with 3001 and grey with 3413.
  - Named tee blanks include Bella+Canvas 3001, 3413 and 3001Y, with 3501 long-sleeve options. The range dated 14 October associates black/white with 3001 and grey with 3413; unisex XS–XXL is a collective range rather than a complete stock matrix. Front, back or both placements are offered. The woven pullover hoodie uses artwork jacquard-woven into cotton before cutting and sewing. 100% cotton cloth, S–XXL unisex sizing, set-in sleeves and kangaroo pocket. This is a catalog woven garment, not acceptance of arbitrary buyer patterns or tech packs. Its methods include dye sublimation, direct-to-fabric printing, direct-to-garment printing, Jacquard weaving. Product-specific methods; no common placement or print-size guarantee.
- DTG overalls, fleece tops, leggings, capris, shorts, woven pullover hoodies and women’s long-sleeve tees. These are product categories.
  - Confirm the specific garment style, variant and current availability before ordering.

## Minimums and pricing

- DTG tee product description offers no minimum quantity.
- On-demand products have no minimum order quantity.
- Card-fee terms differ: one FAQ block adds a 3% card fee, while another says product pricing has no processing fee.

## Samples and lead times

- DTG tee page estimates production at 3–5 business days; parcel transit is not included in that labeled estimate.
- Each checked woven-hoodie, denim-jacket, AOP-tee and leggings-family page estimates 3–5 business-day production. This does not establish transit or current regional capacity.
- Average production is five business days; reprints, holidays and workload can extend it.
  - Selected retained garment pages give 3–5 business days, while the facilities material uses a three-day turnaround statement without a clear clock basis. Carrier transit is additional.
- Samples are available after account activation at regular wholesale prices, with no discount specified. Ask for sample-program conditions.

## Artwork and print areas

- DTG production artwork uses a transparent PNG; other products normally use RGB JPG files. Use each product template rather than a universal canvas.
  - The general template range spans 8.5 × 6 to 88 × 104 inches and 96–300 DPI across different products; these are not garment-specific print limits. Artwork is not reviewed before orders print, and no design/template creation service is provided.

## Branding and packaging

- Orders ship in a plain white mailer or cardboard box with a packing slip that carries no MWW branding.
  - The packing slip can show the merchant business address, order and product identifiers, descriptions and quantities without prices. A custom packing slip or small logo can be supplied. The ordinary on-demand program does not include general branding services; older FAQ text separately offers enterprise branding for annual sales above its displayed dollar threshold.
- On-demand parcels are white label; custom packing slips are possible. The guide excludes sew-in tags, hangtags, inserts and special packaging from this program. Other FAQ text offers enterprise branding.
  - Preserve that unresolved program-scope conflict.

## Store integrations and API

- API connections submit orders automatically; manual ordering is also available.
  - Current FAQ text says direct ecommerce plug-ins are not supplied, while older text on the same FAQ offers Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento plug-ins. The getting-started guide describes JSON API, Order Desk and Spark Shipping routes. Confirm the intended integration before development.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Shipping uses daily carrier tariffs rather than a fixed public rate table. Available carriers include UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL. International destinations depend on carrier coverage.
  - Packaging weights and dimensions are supplied to approved customers for rate estimates; no fixed regional transit table applies.
- Daily carrier rates; no fixed shipping tariff. The seller chooses a carrier/method and estimates shipping using supplied package weights and dimensions. Shipping depends on product, parcel and destination.
  - Request a current quote using the actual package weights, dimensions and chosen carrier.

## Where they produce

- Manufacturing includes a Spindale, North Carolina thread facility and Hendersonville weaving and distribution facilities. European Union facilities are also described without a specific country or product allocation.
  - Selected garment manufacturing and dispatch locations therefore require the product route.
- MWW On Demand describes itself as a division of MWW Inc. Ask for the legal entity and ownership records for the business contracting your order.
  - The historical warehouse-turnaround account gives no current apparel-production schedule or separate inventory-fulfillment offer; request the relevant service and schedule.
- United States. Named manufacturing sites in Spindale and Hendersonville, North Carolina. This does not establish origin for every product; the separate European Union claim does not identify a country.

## How to order and pay

- Legacy product portal requests production-ready RGB JPGs and product-specific templates after registration. Confirm format against current SKU guide before artwork preparation.
  - Portal retains COVID-era navigation and 2020 footer; currentness unverified.
- DTG tee choices include front-only, back-only or both, with transparent-background PNG artwork submission.
- Account activation needs a payment method; US businesses need an EIN and resale certificate. Major credit cards are accepted.
  - Established customers can apply for credit terms supporting ACH or wire transfer, subject to approval. Account setup has no fee. A resale certificate is a buyer-eligibility document, not a supplier production certification.

## Returns and misprints

- Ordinary custom-product returns are not accepted; manufacturing faults can receive a reprint or item-cost refund. Contact customer service within 30 days of the order shipping, with a photograph of the fault.
  - The clock starts at shipping, not delivery. Faulty items are usually disposed of or donated rather than sent back.

## About the company
