My Custom Embroidery is a Sydney Inner-West embroidery service founded by Anissa in 2016. It accepts one-off and customer-supplied garments, with personalisation for clothing, uniforms, bags and home textiles by appointment.

- Products: T-shirts, Polos, Tanks, Denim, Shorts, Jackets / outerwear, Hats / caps, Sportswear / teamwear, Hoodies / sweatshirts, Socks, Workwear / uniforms, Bags / totes, Other apparel
- Methods: Embroidery
- Brands: AS Colour
- Minimum: No minimum; one item is welcome
- Turnaround: Some one-offs may take 1–2 hours; logos need digitising first

## What they make

- Embroider T-shirts, polos, singlets, jeans, trousers, shorts, jackets, hoodies, socks and uniforms.
  - Headwear, robes, dressing gowns, bridal pyjamas and sashes, braces, handkerchiefs and bandannas are included. Sportswear and school uniforms are offered; exact style and fabric compatibility require agreement.
- Other options include bags, towels, blankets, bedding, table linen and seasonal textiles.
  - Backpacks, sports bags, totes, racket covers, pencil cases, horse blankets and dog coats are listed. Eye masks and face masks carry a warning that the back of embroidery can rub the face and may be unsuitable.

## Minimums and pricing

- There is no embroidery order minimum; single items and larger jobs are accepted.
- Logo digitising starts at $90; existing-font text setup is $45.
  - Larger logo designs can cost more. These setup charges are one-off for the same design; repeat use avoids the setup charge. Stitching starts at $20 per item and position, with larger or stitch-intensive work costing more. Rush fees apply. Agree currency, tax, garment and freight charges.

## Samples and lead times

- Some one-off jobs can be completed in an hour or two if the embroiderer is available.
  - Logo digitising can take a couple of hours to a day and rush fees apply. Confirm availability and the complete schedule before visiting; purchased blank stock receipt and postage are separate.
- Design-sample amendments are covered by the setup fee.
  - Agree whether approval is digital or a physical sew-out, what revisions are included and whether a decorated garment sample is available.

## Artwork and print areas

- Supply a logo in Portable Document Format or JPEG, or choose existing embroidery fonts.
  - Names, messages and business names can be stitched. Colour, size and placement advice is offered, but graphic design is not. The same design can use different thread colours without an extra colour-change charge.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Orders can be posted for standard postage plus a small administration fee.
  - Alternatively, send your item with a postpak inside. Confirm return details, postage, transit and timing; this is ordinary order postage.

## How to order and pay

- Bring your own garments or ask for garments and caps to be sourced.
  - AS Colour and other headwear suppliers are available through supplier accounts; receiving stock takes a couple of days. This is separate from embroidery timing.
- Arrange an appointment before visiting for embroidery.

## About the company

- Anissa founded My Custom Embroidery in 2016.
  - The current business base is Sydney’s Inner West, described as a one-minute walk from Stanmore Railway Station. Request the exact appointment address; headquarters, production and dispatch origins are separate details.

## Ask before ordering

- Which fabric, garment, size, placement and customer-supplied-item risks apply?
- What currency, tax, rush, garment and postage charges complete the quote?
- Is design approval digital or a physical sew-out, and are garment samples or stitch files available?
- What completion date, payment, cancellation and defect-remedy terms apply to my order?
