  - Agree the service area, any delivery fee and the appointment date. This service is for the tailoring customer.

- Book a fitting at your home or office; the clothier takes over 30 measurements.
  - Discuss garment design, fabric and fit with the tailor. Agree the final quote and completion date before committing.
