- Artwork is $50 per hour with a one-hour minimum; new embroidery has $50 setup, waived for the same design on reorders. Confirm currency.

## Samples and lead times

- Orders are normally ready within 14 calendar days after approval and full payment; shipping transit is additional.
- Approve a digital proof; finished preproduction samples are not offered. Arrange a visit to see examples.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Pickup is standard; shipping can be arranged. Schedule your visit before arriving.

## How to order and pay

- Send specific garment brand/style/color, quantity/sizes, artwork, placement and deadline; approve proof and pay in full before production.

## Returns and misprints

- Custom orders are non-refundable; customer-supplied garments remain at your risk, with at least 5% extra recommended.
