## Shipping and fulfillment

- Orders use Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, with UK delivery included in the quote.
  - This is the carrier service, not the production leadtime. Agree production completion, dispatch date and any non-UK route.

## How to order and pay

- Pay by BACS, PayPal or cheque; full payment is normally due with the order.
  - A 50% deposit with balance on delivery may be negotiated. Scout and Guide groups can discuss special payment arrangements.
