# Party Hat, LLC

Print shops · Seattle, US

Party Hat provides live event screen printing on T-shirts, sweatshirts, totes and bandanas. The studio is based in Seattle.

- Products: T-shirts, Hoodies / sweatshirts, Bags / totes, Other apparel
- Methods: Screen printing

## What they make

- Live event screen printing covers T-shirts, sweatshirts, totes, bandanas and koozies. Garments are heat cured on site.
- The service covers Seattle and the greater Pacific Northwest, with preprinting available for events that exceed live printing capacity.

## Minimums and pricing

- Request an event quote. The base setup, equipment and print supplies are priced separately from garments and custom-screen or artist charges.

## Samples and lead times

- Live prints take about 60 seconds to print and dry, or 90–120 seconds with guest participation. Setup and breakdown take about 30 minutes each.

## Artwork and print areas

- Supply single-colour artwork in black and white, with no grayscale; photographs must be halftoned. An in-house artist can create a design for an additional fee.

## How to order and pay

- Customer-supplied garments need Party Hat approval before purchase to check print and heat-setting suitability; an extra per-item charge applies.
- A standard single-colour activation needs banquet table space and power access; discuss unusual venues before booking.
- For garment sales at your event, the usual arrangement is a flat event rate with your team handling point of sale.
- Travel outside Seattle is available for suitable events at an additional fee.

## Ask before ordering

- What full event package, garment and travel charges apply in which currency?
- Can you approve our blanks and artwork before we purchase them?
- What event date, setup space and print capacity can you provide?
