- Custom fabric starts at 2,400 pieces per fabric, with up to two colours and styles.
- Stock price tiers cover 1–2, 3–11, 12–59 and 60+ pieces per style and colour; exact sizes can be ordered without pre-packs.

## Samples and lead times

- A single stock sample can be bought at the higher sample rate and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Allow at least 60–75 days for special or custom orders.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Stock orders placed before 2 PM PST ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Credit or payment approval can add processing time.
- Shipping covers all 50 US states; international shipping is currently unavailable.
- Orders ship UPS FOB Ontario, California; FedEx or the buyer’s own carrier account can be requested.

- Garments are made in the company’s own China factory, with stock distributed from Ontario, California.

## How to order and pay

- Apply for a wholesale account; California companies provide a reseller permit number.
- American Express purchases add a 1% processing fee. Net 30 requires Finance One credit approval and may take up to 3 days to process.
- Returns or claims are due within 5 working days after shipment receipt and require written authorization. Samples and altered garments cannot be returned.
