## Minimums and pricing

- General garments start at 100 pieces per style. The swimwear page gives a usual 80 pieces per design with mixed sizes and color or print options. Confirm the minimum for your style.
- Separate service minimums include 10 metres per fabric print, 100 pieces for bikini pleating, 100 per laser-cut design and 200 pieces for bonding.

## Samples and lead times

- Sample costs are quoted by design. Ordering guidance gives 3–4 weeks for sampling and 6–8 weeks for bulk production; general guidance gives shorter times. Agree your schedule before paying.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Sample courier transit is estimated at 3–6 working days, separate from sample production. Use your courier account or request a courier quote.
- Worldwide bulk delivery can be arranged through logistics partners. Drop shipping is explicitly unavailable.

- Pinkline describes manufacturing in Sri Lanka and publishes corporate and registered offices in Colombo. Casualwear uses connected factories; confirm the exact producer for your order.

## How to order and pay

- Send your design or catalogue reference with fabric, color and size requirements. Patterns in DXF and RUL formats are accepted; the team can review an NDA.
- Bulk terms call for 50% in advance and the balance on delivery in Sri Lanka. Production can be reserved with a 10% booking fee; confirm how that fee is applied.
- A 30% invoice cancellation fee applies to CM orders. Confirm what CM covers and which cancellation terms apply to your order.

## Worth knowing

- Sampling guidance gives 2–3 weeks or 3–4 weeks; bulk guidance gives 4–6 weeks or 6–8 weeks. Sample courier transit is separate. Agree the applicable schedule before paying.
