## Minimums and pricing

- Earlier DTG rates were USD 29.99 at 1–9, USD 25 at 10–20 and USD 20 at 21–50; above 50 by quote. Ask which blank is included and how much tax and freight cost.
- Screen printing from USD 6.50 per standard shirt at 100+ units, one ink colour; extra setup may apply.
- DTF small print ≤4 inches including shirt: USD 10.50 at 1–5, USD 7.50 at 50+. Printing on a supplied blank: USD 2.50 at 50+.
- Embroidery including garment starts at USD 20 for shirts, USD 25 for hats/polos and USD 35 for hoodies; stitch count and placement affect the quote.
- Screen setup costs USD 20 per colour; embroidery digitizing costs USD 25 once; no DTG setup fee.
- Free design consultation; simple design from USD 49 and complex design from USD 99. Design work requires a separate agreement.

- Standard production takes approximately 5–7 business days after artwork approval and payment; three-day rush +25%, 1–2-day rush +40%; shipping excluded.

## Artwork and print areas

- DTF sizes use the longest side, with small ≤4 inches, medium ≤8, large ≤12 and oversized 13–15.

- Wholesale program offers custom neck labels, hangtags and packaging inserts.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- United States; international shipping by prior arrangement, with duties and taxes the buyer's responsibility.
- Shipping quoted separately or at checkout; free continental-US shipping on wholesale orders of 300+ units.

## How to order and pay

- Supplied garments accepted after compatibility check; extra charges may apply.
- Terms require full payment before production; a deposit option and Net-30 for approved wholesale partners are also offered. Ask which payment terms apply to your order.
- Approved wholesale partners receive monthly discounts of 5% at 50–99 units, 10% at 100–299, 20% at 300–999 and 35% at 1,000+.

## Returns and misprints

- Custom items are final sale after printing. Report supplier manufacturing defects within seven days of receipt; reprint is the sole remedy.
