- Quotes are valid for seven days and add 10% GST. Compliant vector files with outlined fonts avoid artwork charges; other artwork is quoted separately.

## Samples and lead times

- Physical samples can be arranged for a charge including delivery. Sizing sets for fit-outs of 25 or more staff require full payment; unused items returned within five working days incur a 20% restocking deduction plus freight.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Delivery is quoted for the address, with multiple locations priced separately. Split shipment is offered, with garment delivery to Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

## How to order and pay

- The first three orders require full payment with the confirmed order. A 30-day end-of-month account may be requested later; production starts only after artwork approval.
