- VAT, the EUR 80 embroidery disc and delivery are separate; extra positions or larger designs increase the price.
- The Premier Essential short-sleeve workwear polo with a one-colour embroidered logo in one position is EUR 18.10 each at 10+, EUR 16.75 at 25+, EUR 14.85 at 50+, EUR 12.80 at 100+ and EUR 10.75 at 250+.
  - VAT, an EUR 80 embroidery disc for new artwork and delivery are extra. These are price tiers; agree the smallest accepted order. Extra colours, positions or larger designs cost more.

## Samples and lead times

- Approve the free digital proof in writing before production; physical product samples depend on availability.
- Most orders are ready one to four weeks after proof approval; confirm the timing for your selected garment, design and quantity.

## Artwork and print areas

- Send vector AI, EPS, SVG or Portable Document Format artwork where possible; JPG and PNG may need redrawing, and the quote form allows files up to 10 MB.
- Agree logo size and positions on the proof; fine embroidery details may need simplification.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Delivery covers Ireland, the UK and Europe, with one address or a split across business sites or event venues; freight is quoted separately.

## How to order and pay

- Select garments, sizes, colours, quantities and logo positions in the quote basket, then agree the quote and approve the proof.

## Returns and misprints

- The online logo preview is a visual guide; size, colour and placement are confirmed on the production proof.
