## What they make

## Artwork and print areas

- RAMCO offers knit-fabric development, dyeing, finishing and wide-format dye sublimation.
  - Wide-format sublimation can be up to 120 inches wide. This is a textile-printing width, not a garment placement limit. Dye matching uses Pantone references and a Data Color laboratory system.

- Orders ship FOB Concord, North Carolina.

## Where they produce

- RAMCO describes its own vertical manufacturing, covering knitting, dyeing, finishing, cutting and sewing.
  - Manufacturing began in the mid-1980s; an exact founding year is unknown. Ask which owned plant will make your order and where it is located.
- RAMCO offers US-made and offshore manufacturing routes.

## How to order and pay

- Private-label garments can be made to a buyer’s product design, fabric, color and quantity specifications.
- Custom/private-label orders require a 50% deposit, with the balance due on shipment.
  - Net 30 terms require prior credit approval. Major credit cards are accepted with a 2.5% processing surcharge. Custom orders cannot be cancelled. Past-due invoices accrue 2% monthly interest, described as 24% annually.

## Returns and misprints

- Damage, shortage and return requests must be made within seven days of shipment.
  - Returns need factory authorization and a valid return authorization, must be freight prepaid and remain in original packaging. A 25% restocking charge can apply with a minimum dollar-denominated fee of 25, currency unspecified. Decorated goods cannot be returned; inspect third-party shipments before decoration.
