Rattlecan Workshop offers custom apparel printing, design help and try-on meetings before customization. Orders use the shop’s customizable apparel rather than customer-supplied garments.

## What they make

- Custom apparel printing is available for artists, businesses and other projects.
  - Choose from the shop’s customizable apparel and its size charts. Agree the actual garment family, style, blank brand, fabric, size and fit.
- Customer-supplied apparel is not accepted for decoration.

## Minimums and pricing

- Bulk discounts are available; request the complete price for your order.
  - Ask about bulk discounts whether you need 5 shirts or 500 shirts. Agree garment minimums, decoration, setup, tax, freight and currency.

## Samples and lead times

- Edmonton-area customers can arrange to try apparel before customization.
  - A deposit may apply depending on the request. It can be applied to a future order if the items come back unharmed. Agree garment options, collection, return timing and deposit terms.
- Standard local pickup or drop-off lead time is 10 business days after final invoice approval and full payment.
  - This covers local order handover. Expedite rates and availability require agreement; agree separate artwork and shipping timelines.
- Allow 3–5 days for completed artwork; the team aims to reply to art requests within 24 hours.
  - Artwork timing depends on demand and project detail. Agree the day type and artwork deadline separately from the local order lead time.

## Artwork and print areas

- Each custom order includes 2 hours of design time.
  - Provide detailed instructions. If more time is expected, the shop will notify you; additional approved art time is billed at $50 per hour. Agree currency, tax, file specifications, dimensions and artwork ownership.
- Colour matching cannot be guaranteed.
  - Discuss specific colour requirements and review the mockup before proceeding.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Standard shipping typically adds 2–5 days to the order lead time.
  - This is a separate shipping estimate, with no stated day type. Confirmation and tracking follow shipment. Carrier timelines apply; the shop disclaims responsibility for delays caused by third-party mishandling or failure. Agree destinations, carrier, freight and dispatch origin.

## How to order and pay

- Contact the shop to discuss the custom order and quotation.
  - Agree garment selection, quantity, approval, payment and local pickup or delivery arrangements.

## Returns and misprints

- Custom orders are final sale; report printing errors within 5 days of receipt.
  - A remedy is offered for printing that is inaccurate or incomplete against the provided mockups. Agree the specific remedy and any return or shipping arrangements.
