## Minimums and pricing

- Minimums are 12 screen-printed pieces or 6 embroidered pieces; screen packages start at 24. No minimums are also offered for most products. Ask which applies to your order.
- The starter screen package costs $289.99 for 24 Gildan cotton tees with a 1-colour front print; screens included, tax extra. Ask which currency applies.

## Samples and lead times

- Standard estimates are 7–10 business days from artwork approval or 10–14 days. Rush estimates are 3 days or 5 days, including a 5-business-day option. Ask which schedule applies.
- Rush takes 5 business days for up to 100 pieces/3 colours, with a 20% surcharge; the 7-day option adds 10%. Artwork approval within 2 hours and capacity required. A 3-day rush is also offered; ask which applies. Carrier transit is separate.
- Free digital mockup for approval before production.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Group-store orders can be delivered in bulk to the organiser; individual ordering and fulfillment are also offered. Ask whether orders can ship to individual customers.
- Shipping is extra unless specifically included; carrier delivery follows handoff.

## How to order and pay

- New customers pay in full before production; established customers may negotiate terms.

## Returns and misprints

- Report production/printing defects within 7 days of receipt.
