## Minimums and pricing

- Embroidery costs AUD 6–17.50 by stitch count; logo digitising costs AUD 60. Prices include Australian GST. Ask what unit the embroidery price covers and whether garments are included.

## Samples and lead times

- After payment, a warehouse logo-embroidery sample is prepared for approval, taking at least three to five business days. Ask about the sample medium, delivery and fees.

## Branding and packaging

- Company logos and individual employee names can be embroidered.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Online delivery is Australia-wide, excluding PO boxes and parcel lockers. Remote areas may have additional costs, conditions or cancellation.
- Standard delivery costs AUD 16.50, free above AUD 250. Heavy, bulky, oversized and some special orders are quoted by size, weight and destination. Ask what applies at exactly AUD 250.
- Transit estimates after dispatch are two to three business days for Sydney metro, three to four for Melbourne, Adelaide or Brisbane metro, four to five for Tasmania and listed regional areas, and five to seven for Western Australia or the Northern Territory. In-stock orders are generally picked and dispatched within 24 hours, Monday–Friday; special-order availability may add five to ten days.

## Where they produce

- Embroidery is performed through the Australian store and warehouse service. Ask where the blank garments are made.

## How to order and pay

- Embroidery uses RSEA garments; external or worn goods are not accepted. Supply the setup form and a Portable Document Format logo, pay the invoice, then approve the sample before production.
