Blank wholesalers

SanMar supplies blank apparel to eligible resellers and decorators. Its PSST program routes blanks to participating contract decorators; decoration is provided by those separate businesses. Buyers need a qualifying wholesale account, and garment and decoration costs are agreed through their respective routes.

## Minimums and pricing

- Stock wholesale orders have no minimum order amount. Orders under $50.00 carry a $5.00 service charge. Ask which currency and piece minimum apply.

## Samples and lead times

- Returnable samples purchased at regular price can be returned within 30 days; buyer pays shipping. Grommeted samples have 50%/25% brand-dependent discounts, no returns/free freight, and separate ordering.

## Store integrations and API

- PromoStandards, flat files and direct web services offers product data/inventory access. Integration support and FTP/web-service guides are available; access and reuse terms need account-specific confirmation.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Delivery options include blank supply to contract decorator, customer sample presentation shipping. Sample presentation boxes sent to customers do not establish finished-garment fulfillment or SanMar-owned decoration.
- PSST offers free freight on qualifying program orders to contract decorators. Other customer-parcel shipments have separate rates.
- The US reseller route has account-specific state, tax, brand and destination restrictions. Ask which restrictions apply to your account and delivery address before ordering.
- PSST supplies blank garments to a contract decorator. Arrange decoration and finished-item customer shipping separately with your decorator; ask which services it can provide.
- Supplies bulk blanks to brands or decorators. Ask whether finished items can be shipped to individual customers and whether storage or fulfillment of your own inventory is available.

## How to order and pay

- A wholesale account is required for registered resellers in the imprintable apparel or promotional industries, with a state sales-tax license and applicable resale certificate.
  - This route excludes end users and businesses purchasing solely to promote themselves.
