## What they make

- Sublimated apparel includes jerseys, polos, sweatshirts, rash guards, swimwear, bottoms and tanks.
  - Cut-and-sew sublimation, decoration of approved blanks with direct-to-garment and direct-to-film and DTF transfers are offered.
- PGM0125 is a tagless men’s three-button polo in XS–4XL with a black or white closure.
  - Fabric options include 4.5 oz DryTx, 94/6 polyester/spandex jersey and 4.3 oz GridRS breathable wicking flat mesh. The mesh option is 100% polyester; stretch ratios differ between 90/10 and 94/6. Savi Customs calls its sublimated polyester Oeko-Tex approved.

## Minimums and pricing

- Creative artwork and design setup are charged separately from garments.
  - Dollar-denominated rates are 55 per artwork hour, 49 per full-custom design, 35 per semi-custom design and 20 per on-demand design including 3D flats. Full-custom setup is waived at 100 pieces per design; changes to an existing design’s base graphics add 20. A design set up for on-demand but not used there incurs an additional 49. Confirm the billing currency.
- Digital decoration is quoted separately from full-package garment production.
  - The decoration example is USD 12.50 for an 11 × 11-inch print on a black shirt, marked “1c”. Print-only and larger-volume pricing require a quote. Vector artwork is preferred, with a product proof submitted through the ordering portal.
- PGM0125 uses a 25-piece catalog price basis; net and bulk pricing require a quote.
  - The catalog amount is USD 55.00 at 25 pieces with price code C. Agree the net price, setup, shipping and taxes before ordering. A 25-piece price basis does not establish the garment minimum.

## Samples and lead times

- Full custom sublimation takes 10–15 business days after art approval; stocked-product direct-to-garment and direct-to-film takes 3–7 business days.
  - DTF transfers also have a 3–7-business-day estimate. Separate bulk and on-demand terms use other clocks.
- Bulk production takes 15–20 business days after artwork approval; on-demand timing depends on the program.
  - On-demand core items take 7–10 business days; Plus items take 10–14 business days. Product-specific service-level agreement quotes are within 7–14 business days. Art proofing, samples and on-demand setup are separate. Products released before rendering, layout and stock-keeping unit assignment may be delayed.
- Bulk rush production depends on capacity and adds 20% to the product total.
  - Sublimated goods normally cannot be produced in fewer than seven business days without agreement. Orders of 100 pieces or more need special rush approval. On-demand orders cannot be rushed. Late service-level agreement orders can be expedited on request at ground rates.
- Pre-production samples cost the current purchase-order piece price; sampling takes 5–10 days after approval, limited to two pieces.
  - Orders over a dollar-denominated value of 5,000 require a pre-production sample unless waived. Waiving it transfers graphics-placement and color responsibility to the buyer. Cancelled sample-only projects are charged at cost.

## Artwork and print areas

- Initial proofing takes 72 business hours after order entry; creative design takes 3–5 business days.
  - On-demand product registration takes 72 hours after submission. Creative design may need one hour or, for complex work, 5–7 hours; quoted art time is provisional. Additional work needs notice. Product proofs must be approved before production.

## Branding and packaging

- Hang-tag application, barcoding and custom packing can be arranged.
  - On-demand goods use stocked packing materials unless otherwise agreed. Custom packing is quoted by complexity. Finishing charges need clarification: hang tags are written as “.14 cents”, barcoding as “.12 cents” and buyer-provided barcoding as “.10 cents” per piece.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Bulk freight uses a quoted supplier rate or the buyer’s shipping account.
  - The supplier selects the on-demand carrier and delivery service for the chosen service level. Palletization has a dollar-denominated charge of 65 per pallet, currency unspecified. Lost, stolen or returned undelivered orders incur re-shipping costs.

## Where they produce

- Savi Customs describes its California manufacturing operation as printing, cutting and sewing in its facility.
  - Sublimated apparel manufacturing has operated since 2003.

## How to order and pay

- New clients need business information, a valid California resale certificate and the required payment before production.
  - Bulk orders above a dollar-denominated value of 2,000 need a 50% deposit and 50% before shipping; orders below 2,000 are prepaid. The exact 2,000 boundary is unclear. Cards add 3.2%; ACH has no fee and typically takes 2–5 business days, potentially ten. Orders release on received payment.
- On-demand accounts use a stored authorized card and weekly statements through Square.
  - Unpaid statements can hold orders after five business days. Bulk final payment is due within three days of completion. Credit terms and limits require approval; orders exceeding approved credit need the excess paid. Bulk quantities allow 2% over/under production.
- Existing customers can use the linked SubMFG login; qualifying defects are reported through the SubMFG replacement form.

## Returns and misprints

- Manufacturing defects or qualifying design errors must be reported within seven business days of receipt with photo evidence.
  - Approved replacements retain the product, size and naming. Misuse, damage and shipping damage are excluded. Missing or misplaced graphics, wrong fabric/product or a mismatch to supplied PMS colors can qualify for a remake or discount. Without PMS values, screen-matched colors do not qualify for color replacement. The replacement form is hosted at SubMFG.
- Orders can be cancelled before payment; production cannot be cancelled once costs are incurred.
  - Unshipped items may be held for 12 months or until shipment is directed. In-production goods remain chargeable when an on-demand program ends.

## About the company

- Savi Customs links ordering and defect reporting through SubMFG. Agree which business will quote your order, arrange production and handle defects.
  - The legal relationship between Savi Customs and SubMFG remains unclear; confirm the contracting business before ordering. Shared links do not identify a legal parent, former name or factory owner.

## Worth knowing

- The polo’s polyester/spandex fabric is described as both 90/10 and 94/6.

## Ask before ordering

- Which business will issue my quote, arrange production and handle defects: Savi Customs or SubMFG?
- What is the complete net garment price, including setup and finishing?
- Which artwork template, print area and file requirements apply to my style?
- Can my program ship individual branded parcels to customers, and at what rates?
