## Samples and lead times

- Physical fit and revised final samples precede bulk cutting.
  - Approve a digital mock-up, review a base-size physical fit sample, provide wear/fit feedback and approve a revised final sample. Sampling takes 20–25 business days; bulk production takes 25–30 business days afterwards. Firm dates depend on sample approval, quantity, decoration and fabric lead time. Sampling start and transit are separate unknowns.

## Artwork and print areas

- Development support includes tech packs, measurement charts, patterns, grading and prototype revisions.
- Fabric treatments include dyeing, washing, surface finishing and performance finishes.
  - Mercerising, brushing, peach finish, coating/laminating, heat setting, reactive/disperse/pigment dyeing, lab dips, pre-shrinking, enzyme/silicon washing, moisture management, anti-pilling, wrinkle resistance, UV and antibacterial treatments are offered. Request fabric reports and the relevant performance-test and certificate details for your order.

## Branding and packaging

- Labels, care tags, hangtags, branded or neutral bags and printed boxes are available.
  - Packaging choices include kraft, recycled poly, laminated and Ziplock styles with logo printing, embossing and foil stamping.
- Packaging design samples can be reviewed before bulk production.
  - Supplier material guidance lists 50–70 microns for lightweight poly mailers, 80–120 GSM for standard kraft/Ziplock pouches and 150–200 GSM for premium laminated/reusable fabric bags. Confirm the packaging material, thickness or weight, fees, minimums and sample timing for your order.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Tracked freight and export paperwork support worldwide brand orders.
  - Stock terms attempt same-day shipping for orders received by 2 PM EST, without guarantee, on an FOB-origin/buyer-freight basis. Carrier delay, loss and damage are excluded. This stock dispatch condition does not replace custom production and sampling lead times.

## How to order and pay

- Major cards, certified checks and money orders are accepted; company checks require preapproved credit.
  - Account terms require a credit application. Stock prices apply at shipping and remain subject to availability, changes and FIFO/specification updates.

## Returns and misprints

- Unmodified stock returns require 10-day notice and written authorisation, with 20% restocking plus freight.
  - Altered/decorated goods, samples and clearance are excluded. Defect/shortage claims are due within 10 days. Replacements follow evaluation with customer-paid shipping; shortages to a third-party destination are excluded.
- Sample and cancellation refunds have distinct conditions.
  - Declining bulk after sample receipt leads to partial settlement within a working week, less sample manufacturing charges. Cancellation has a printed 24–48 hour window after confirmation; no refund once ready/shipped. Sample orders use piece pricing plus freight and are nonreturnable/nonrefundable after processing; the exact 24–48 hour cutoff and route applicability are unclear.

## Worth knowing

- Custom production follows sampling; stock terms separately attempt same-day dispatch before 2 PM EST.
- Sample costs are deducted from a declined bulk order, while processed sample orders are separately nonrefundable.
