## What they make

- Contract left-chest and cap embroidery, including 3D puff, plus heat pressing on supplied garments.

## Minimums and pricing

- Heat pressing accepts single pieces; ask for embroidery quantities and contract prices based on stitch count and order quantity. Digitizing costs $40 once per design, with separate files for caps and flat garments; confirm currency. Net fifteen-day terms are offered.

## Samples and lead times

- Production normally takes 7–10 business days after sew-out approval and all blanks arrive; shipping is additional.
- Approve a photo of the stitched sew-out before production; ask separately about receiving a physical sample.

## Artwork and print areas

- Send the purchase order, cap or flat-garment Tajima DST file or artwork, mockup and dimensions. Left-chest embroidery is up to 4.5 inches wide and caps up to 13 × 2.25 inches.

## Branding and packaging

- Supply the blanks and transfers. Bulk folding, contractor box labels and paid polybagging are available; blind shipping hides the decorator name.

## Store integrations and API

- Use Printavo for order details, approvals, shipping and invoices; ask about external store connections or API access.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Collect finished orders or arrange tracked blind shipping to your client; your UPS account is accepted, and FedEx is not used.

## Where they produce

- Embroidery is performed at the own Lake Oswego shop using ZSK and Tajima machines; blanks and transfers are supplied, and transfer manufacture is separate.

## How to order and pay

- Approved distributors send a purchase order, artwork or Tajima DST file, mockup, sizes and colours; supply labelled blanks and transfer instructions.

## Returns and misprints

- Trade orders use supplied blanks and transfers. Leather, unsuitable retail garments and weekender backpacks with foam or plastic liners are excluded. The distributor bears garment spoilage up to two percent; Serena covers costs above that rate. Changes after sew-out approval may delay production.
