- T-shirt/polo embroidery per placement: $12 for individuals at 3+, $10.50 for corporate orders at 5+, $9 for bulk at 24+.
  - Up to 10,000 stitches and 6 thread colours; customer supplies the garment; ask which currency applies.
- One-time $30 digitising fee; designs are stored for reorders. Each extra placement costs the full base rate.

- Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from final physical sample approval.

## Branding and packaging

- 3D puff, fabric applique and specialty thread cost extra; Velcro patch creation adds $3.50 per item.
