# Shirt Monkey

POD has no garment minimum, while bulk discounts and branding components have separate thresholds. ## How to order and pay

- Setup guide requires print-size PNG artwork at 300 dpi with transparent background and unique artwork identifiers; front/back files are separate.
- Bespoke bulk quotes can cover relabeling, precise placements/print dimensions and garments absent from the online designer.
- Buyer-supplied garments and neck transfers may be accepted, with extra misprint risk assigned to the buyer. For supplied garments, a replacement after a misprint is at the buyer’s cost.
  - For supplied neck transfers, a misprint can leave the full garment and associated DTG charge payable.

## Returns and misprints

- Wrong prints, wrong garments, marks or stains can receive a free replacement if reported with a photo within 14 days of receipt.
  - Peeling or deteriorating prints can qualify for replacement within 60 days of purchase when care guidance has been followed; provide a photograph. Customer preference or exchange returns go to the merchant, not the supplier.
- Tracked lost-parcel cases are investigated before replacement; untracked losses and incomplete addresses do not receive free replacement. Missing-item claims are checked against shipment weight.
  - The policy says lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of delivery, an awkward trigger for a non-delivery claim; agree the applicable deadline. Orders cannot be amended after processing into production.
