## Samples and lead times

- Confirmed production includes a free sample. Sample-only orders cost THB 1,000 per piece/design, credited to production; fabric swatches are free.
- Average production is 14–21 working days from sample approval.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Delivery covers Thailand, with Lalamove for Bangkok/metropolitan areas and J&T Express or Flash Express for other provinces. Confirm freight charges.

## How to order and pay

- Use a standard or oversize style, or send a garment to copy: pattern work is THB 500 and grading THB 150 per size. Artwork allows three revisions and samples two.
- Pay a 50% deposit, or the full amount for orders below THB 50,000. Approve the sample before production and pay the balance before shipment.

## Worth knowing

- Ordering minimums are 150 T-shirts or 100 polos/other items per color and design. A separate screen-print offer charges THB 300 for setup below 100 pieces. Confirm which offer applies to your order.
- The contact page and repeated footer use different Phetkasem106 building numbers in Bangkok. Confirm the delivery or visiting address before sending samples.
