- Full payment is due at booking by Etransfer, Visa or Mastercard; card payments carry a 3% processing fee.

## Returns and misprints

- Requested on-press photos need a response within 30 minutes; missed approval can cause extra fees, rescheduling or printing to the approved mockup.
- Custom printed products are sold as final, without returns or refunds under the published policy.
