- Order confirmation requires written quote acceptance, final design/specification approval, payment and production-timeline agreement.

## Returns and misprints

- Custom goods are generally non-returnable; errors or defects qualify for the stated remedy.
  - Replacement grounds include manufacturing defects, printing errors/quality issues and shipping damage reported within 48 hours. Return requests must be within 7 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original condition.
- Cancellation is allowed before production, with possible charges for completed design work.
  - No cancellation once production starts. Refunds are processed in 5–10 business days; ask when that clock starts. The supplier may cancel for prohibited design/content, payment failure/dispute, inability to meet production requirements or terms violations.
- Liability terms refer to the specific order amount and replacement of defective products.
  - Indirect, consequential and special damages are excluded; customers remain responsible for design accuracy/compliance. Delay/failure exclusions include weather/disasters, government action, supply-chain disruption, labour issues and equipment/technical failure.
