## Returns and misprints

- Allow for spoilage of 3% or five units, whichever is greater. The shop does not cover replacement or repair costs of customer-supplied goods.
- Cancellation is allowed before production starts; completed and in-production orders are not refundable.
- Customer designs and order details are confidential unless agreed otherwise; request in writing if you do not want your name or logo listed in marketing.
- You retain pre-existing artwork rights; custom deliverables transfer after full payment. The shop retains its existing tools and processes.
