## Minimums and pricing

- Stock garments have no minimum. Most sublimated garments start at 10 pieces, or five for repeat orders.
- Unsuitable artwork can be redrawn for GBP 25 plus VAT per logo.

## Samples and lead times

- Ask the sales representative for sizing samples, which must be returned.
- Supply Illustrator artwork, EPS vectors or a high-resolution Portable Document Format created in Illustrator.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Bespoke work takes three weeks after the order, visuals and payment are confirmed; personalised stock garments take two weeks.
- UK mainland delivery is listed at three to seven working days, with processing or manufacturing stated separately at 10–15 working days.
- International and next-day delivery require an enquiry.

## How to order and pay

- A hosted online shop can be set up for a group.
- Personalised and bespoke garments cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled unless faulty.

## Worth knowing

- Two schedules are given for bespoke work: three weeks from design to delivery, and three weeks after order, visuals and payment confirmation. Confirm the schedule for your order.
