- Base tees start at GBP 2.88 for SOL’s Regent, GBP 3.13 for Gildan Heavy Cotton and GBP 6.83 for Anthem Organic Heavyweight; decoration is selected separately.

## Artwork and print areas

- Upload AI, EPS, Portable Document Format, JPG or PNG files up to 5 MB; new print setup costs GBP 10 + VAT and embroidery digitising GBP 20 + VAT per design size.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- UK-wide delivery is available; standard delivery costs GBP 7.95 + VAT and orders over GBP 99 qualify for free delivery.
- Courier transit is next working day after the order is completed; it is included in the overall estimated delivery date.

- Customisation takes place at their UK production facility.

## How to order and pay

- Pay in full before production by card or business BACS; credit terms are available only by agreement.

## Returns and misprints

- Report faults in writing with photos within 14 working days of order completion; remedies are assessed individually.
- Customised goods cannot normally be returned or cancelled after confirmation; work already started can incur garment, labour and material charges.
- Customer-supplied garments require approval and are not replaced if damaged or lost during production.
- Opt out in writing if you do not want your artwork or garment images used in marketing or social media.
