- Some brands sold blank, including Earth Positive and Stanley/Stella; AS Colour must include decoration. Brand-specific plain-garment restrictions; no wholesale-reseller eligibility implied.
- 50% deposit to start, balance on completion; rush jobs require full upfront payment. Confirm the payment method, deposit or full-payment amount, and the payment and approval steps required before work or dispatch.

## Returns and misprints

- Faulty/damaged items and qualifying print faults: returns within 14 days; excludes change of mind, approved-proof errors and incorrect artwork.
