## Returns and misprints

- Customer-supplied garments are not replaced or reimbursed for production damage or imperfect results.
  - Riskier fabrics include waterproof membranes, high-stretch knits, loose weaves and heavily brushed fleece. Shop-supplied garments are replaced if production goes wrong.
- Shop-supplied garments are replaced when production goes wrong.

- A free-embroidery promotion ended in November 2024; the separate own-garment policy still describes a free first 5,000-stitch allowance. Ask whether either applies now.
