The Merch Mate supplies custom printed and embroidered clothing for groups, teams and businesses. Orders usually start at 10 matching garments, with online group sizing, optional individual payment, paid physical samples and production in European and Asian countries.

## What they make

- Choose T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, quarter zips, team jerseys, joggers, headwear, socks, scarves and bags.
- Options include DTF, screen printing, embroidery, puff print, chenille, flock, rhinestones and embroidered patches.

## Minimums and pricing

- Normally order 10 of the same product, colour and design; mix sizes and individual names or numbers.
- Knitted socks start at 30 pairs; chenille and rhinestones at 50 pieces; custom neck labels and fabric gradients at 200.
- Regular T-shirts with one logo cost EUR 20.45 at 10–24, EUR 18.90 at 25–49 or EUR 17.25 at 50+ pieces, each excluding VAT.
- Extra logos or individual initials cost EUR 5 including VAT per garment; jersey names and numbers normally add no charge.

## Samples and lead times

- A physical sample costs EUR 50 including VAT and takes about 3–5 weeks; a digital logo mockup is free.
- Standard delivery is 4–6 weeks after approval and payment; rush delivery may be possible in about 3.5 weeks.

## Artwork and print areas

- Approve a checked mockup before production; complex design work can have separately agreed costs.
- Embroidery can reach 26 × 16 cm; the print comparison gives 30 × 35 cm for DTF or screen printing.

## Branding and packaging

- Woven neck labels, hangtags and other extras can be arranged; custom neck labels start at 200 pieces.

## Store integrations and API

- Use an online product designer, a shared group sizing link, optional individual payment or a shop for your organisation.
- The organiser commits to the price-tier quantity and pays any shortfall if fewer people join.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Shipping is EUR 30 including VAT below an order value of EUR 500 and free from EUR 500.
- Orders sent within the Netherlands receive tracking.

## Where they produce

- Production is in other European and Asian countries; Amsterdam is the office location and has no showroom.

## How to order and pay

- Accept the quote and pay in full before custom production, unless another arrangement is agreed.
- Quotes normally remain valid for 14 days; bank transfer, iDEAL and creditcard are accepted.

## Returns and misprints

- Personalised goods cannot normally be returned; eligible nonpersonalised consumer goods have a 30-day return period.
- Report supplier-caused errors or transport problems preferably within 48 hours, with photos and your order number.
- Opt out by quote acceptance if you do not want photographs of your order used in the supplier’s portfolio.

## About the company

- The Merch Mate is the trading name of Studentenkak V.O.F. and dates its start to 2019.
