- Embroidery typically takes 5–7 business days; standard turnaround is usually 7–10 business days, depending on order size and complexity.

## Artwork and print areas

- Digital proof for review within 48 hours; ask whether same-day proof is available.

- Manufacturer tag removal, printed custom neck tags, hang tags, sleeve printing, folding/bagging and retail packaging.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Delivery to the buyer or pickup from Norcross, Georgia; ask about individual seller fulfilment.
