## Minimums and pricing

- Vinyl has no minimum; embroidery requires ten pieces. Screen-print price bands start at fifteen and sixty pieces.
- Vinyl starts at AUD 20 including GST, basic JB’s tee/singlet and pocket-size 10 cm print. Indicative and subject to change; freight/design fees separate.
- Embroidery starts at AUD 25 including GST on a basic JB’s 210 polo with pocket-size 10 cm embroidery.
- Screen prints with a basic JB’s tee: at fifteen pieces, AUD 20 for one A4 colour or AUD 25 for two; at sixty pieces, AUD 15/18 respectively.

## Samples and lead times

- Printing normally takes four working days after final design, or up to a week for large or detailed work. Other estimates are roughly 10–14 days or 1–2 weeks; ask which applies.
- Embroidery and screen printing have an estimated supply time of around 10–14 days; ask what starts the clock and whether these are working days or calendar days.

## Artwork and print areas

- Prefers EPS, AI or SVG vectors with outlined text, or high-resolution TIFF or layered PSD at minimum 300 DPI.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Dispatches throughout Australia; international options for smaller orders are available by request.
- A small delivery charge may apply; all pricing includes GST.

## Where they produce

- Decoration is done in Australia; ask where the blank garments are manufactured.
- Adelaide-based supplier printers handle embroidery, screen printing and sublimation; vinyl printing is done in-house.

## How to order and pay

- Can print items supplied by customers; plastic components cannot be printed because they melt.

## Returns and misprints

- Faulty or incorrect products can be refunded; size exchanges are limited to retail goods. Custom orders are non-refundable.
