## What they make

- Printed and embroidered tees, hoodies, uniforms, workwear and headwear are supplied through partner workshops.
- Methods include screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-garment and digital transfers.
- Garment ranges include AS Colour, Gildan, Cloke, JBs Wear and other supplier ranges.

## Minimums and pricing

- Screen printing starts at ten for one or two colours, or twenty for three to six colours.
- Embroidery generally starts at ten identical applications; repeat jobs or mixed larger orders may allow fewer.
- Embroidery is quoted by logo, stitch count and quantity; identical embroidery can span different garments.

## Samples and lead times

- Screen printing usually takes 5–10 business days after order and final artwork approval; embroidery normally takes 5–10 working days.

## Artwork and print areas

- Send vector AI, EPS or Portable Document Format artwork with outlined text, or high-resolution JPG/PNG for embroidery.
- Workwear cannot be printed all over or across seams; embroidery placement depends on hoops, pockets and layers.
  - Screen-print maximum is 35 × 49 cm. General embroidery guidance gives 28 × 28 cm; the separate partner-network service describes capacity around 40 × 40 cm. Agree the actual partner, garment, hoop and placement limit before ordering. Workwear front, back and some sleeves are possible, but all-over and seam printing are excluded; pockets and layers can restrict embroidery.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Nationwide courier may be overnight once production is finished; local delivery is by arrangement.

## Where they produce

- Auckland and Thames are offices; UPPER uses partner workshops rather than decorating at those offices.

## How to order and pay

- Request a quote with your design, garment choices and quantity; customer garments need suitability checks.

## Returns and misprints

- Raise quality issues with UPPER; it says it will fix them or refund when it cannot.

## Ask before ordering

- Which embroidery minimum and maximum size apply to my design?
- Can I approve a decorated sample, and what will it cost?
- Which workshop handles production, and what delivery date and total price apply?
- Can you add labels or packaging and send orders directly to my customers?
