- Standard international freight is AUD 45 through Australia Post International Standard.

During peak volume or unforeseen delays, allow seven additional business days. Tracking is emailed after dispatch. These are delivery intervals, separate from production.

## Returns and misprints

- The return policy runs for 30 days from purchase, subject to eligibility and inspection.
  - Goods must be unused, in original condition/packaging, with proof of purchase. Correctly supplied goods, including altered/printed/embroidered items, have no ordinary refund unless faulty or significantly different from the description. Faulty/damaged or materially different goods can be exchanged/repaired. Email before returning; approved refunds use the original payment method.
- Sale items are excluded from refunds under the posted policy.
  - Agree how the general faulty-item provisions apply to sale stock. Exchanges are limited to defective or damaged items, normally for the same item.
