## Minimums and pricing

- From one piece; tier discounts from five with the same design.
- DTF decoration costs EUR 10 for one side, EUR 15 for two, EUR 20 for three; each extra side EUR 5, before tier discounts. Garments excluded. VAT-inclusive pricing conflicts with terms article 4, which excludes VAT unless stated otherwise. Ask which tax basis applies.
- Embroidery EUR 15 up to 15 cm, EUR 25 larger; EUR 40 above 35,000 stitches, before tier discounts. Decoration charge only, not full garment quote; confirm measurement and VAT basis.

## Samples and lead times

- Paid physical samples can be printed later if returned in time.
- Processing averages 3–5 working days for unworked textiles, 7–8 for regular printing, 8–10 for team printing and 12–14 for embroidery and screen printing. Times are not guaranteed; complex orders may differ.
  - Shipping adds 1–3 working days.

## Artwork and print areas

- Vector EPS/AI preferred; high-resolution photos minimum 300 DPI.
- Left chest, center chest, back and sleeve; placement depends on garment construction.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- Shipping adds 1–3 working days to production.
- Netherlands shipping EUR 7.95 incl. VAT; free from EUR 50.
- Shipping rates apply within the Netherlands. Ask whether international delivery is available.

## How to order and pay

- Online iDEAL, bank transfer or shop cash/card; business invoice payment within 14 days of invoice.

## Returns and misprints

- Personalized goods are excluded from change-of-mind returns; undecorated goods can be returned within 14 days.

- What is the complete quote for my selected garment, quantity and decoration, including any extra charges?
- What would a garment sample or prototype cost, and is any fee credited toward production?
- How long would a garment sample or prototype take, and what starts that clock?
- What minimum order quantity applies to my garment, method and size or colour split?
