## Minimums and pricing

- The main minimum is 200 pieces per style and colour; the FAQ gives 200 per design.
- Unusual fabric blends knitted from scratch require at least 1,000 pieces.
- Prices depend on quantity and design. The FAQ includes freight in quoted prices; agree the DDP or FOB scope and any duties.

## Samples and lead times

- Samples are offered in quantities of 1–3, with a 7–10 business-day lead time and sample-cost credit against a bulk order.
- Sample shipping is charged, and a deposit may be required.

## Shipping and fulfillment

- DDP, FOB and express options are available, serving more than 30 countries; named markets include the US, UK, Canada, Australia and UAE.
- Carrier transit estimates are 4–5 days for priority service, around 2 weeks for US/Canada parcel service and 2–3 weeks to Hawaii/Alaska.

- Manufacturing is in Karachi, Pakistan. Sheridan, Wyoming is the registered-business location.
- US and Canadian offices handle backend/distribution work and do not take orders in person.

## How to order and pay

- Submit a techpack or reference images; development can include patterns, grading and samples.
- Woven labels, care labels, hangtags, polybags, branded boxes, stickers and cards are available.
- Cards and bank transfer are accepted; the payment percentage depends on the order.

## Worth knowing

- Production estimates differ: 2–3 weeks after sample approval, or roughly 17 working days from paid-order summary approval in the terms/FAQ.
- Terms allow cancellation within 2 days; the FAQ allows 3 days and then gives a 40% charge for orders sent to production.
- After a month without sample approval, terms cancel the order with deductions; the FAQ pauses it until approval.
- The FAQ offers portfolio removal on request; terms/privacy restrict it to premium-client spending conditions.
